• Free Table Tennis outside MDX House- Anytime
• Lunchtime Walks- Meet Sheppard library 12.25 Mondays & Wednesdays
• Bouldering Challenge- Challenge yourself on the bouldering wall on the 3G pitch. See a member of Fitness Pod staff for access
• Jogging Session - Tuesday 12.25pm and Thursday 7.25am at The Fitness Pod
• Swimming - Free Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.45am - 9.45pm Copthall Pool during public swimming sessions.
• Plus plenty more weekly challenges and group activities to bump up those numbers coming soon!
