Ultimate Frisbee Night!

Ultimate Frisbee Night. Tuesday 3 March- 5.00pm- 6.30pm

Bump up your movement minutes in our fun Frisbee night on the astro turf. Book now as we are limited to 30 spaces only!

Free Table Tennis outside MDX House- Anytime
Lunchtime Walks- Meet Sheppard library 12.25 Mondays & Wednesdays
Bouldering Challenge- Challenge yourself on the bouldering wall on the 3G pitch. See a member of Fitness Pod staff for access
Jogging Session - Tuesday 12.25pm and Thursday 7.25am at The Fitness Pod 
Swimming - Free Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.45am - 9.45pm Copthall Pool during public swimming sessions.
